Here at Wirecutter, we spent the last 365 days smushing Goldfish into the upholstery of our cars to test handheld vacuums, sloshing mud and smashed-up chalk off of concrete floors to find the very best mops, and purposely smearing T-shirts with pizza grease and pig’s blood (yes, really) to put stain removers to the test. And we did it all so that you don’t waste your time and money on junk.

While we’re looking ahead to 2025 (and testing kitchen trash cans and sleeper sofas), we’re also reflecting on the home products Wirecutter readers loved the most this year. Below are the things that readers rely on to keep their space clean, neat, and organized, even when the pet fur is piling up and the toilet paper rolls are tumbling out of the bathroom cabinet.
